Prize draw terms and conditions of entry (University of Leeds)

Method and rules of entry

Entry is open to respondents of the Campus Experience Index for the University of Leeds. Only one entry per person is valid. At least one of the survey questions must be completed to be eligible (not including demographic 'About You' questions). No AI-generated responses are valid. This survey is faciliated by Campus Intuition.

Duration of entry

The survey is running October 28 - Nov 17 2024. The prizes will be drawn by Nov 25.

Details of prize

The total prize pool is £450. There are 5 cash card prizes in the draw. These are valued at:  1 x £250, 4 x £50

A free hot drink will be available for all survey respondents on the GFaL Rewards app, GFaL will contact respondents who supply their email address within 10 working days to confirm when the voucher has been added. The GFaL Rewards app can be used in cafes across campus and including the Refectory – see details here. Contact gfal@leeds.ac.uk 

Publication of winners and delivery of prizes

Winners will be alerted by the personal email or phone number they leave on completion of the survey.  Pick up of the prize will be arranged with the winners within 2 weeks of notification.

Privacy and contact for questions

Your contact details for the prize draw will not be associated with your response and will be deleted once the draw is complete. Your data will, at all times be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, found here.
